Welcome to the Lakewood DPW Workforce Portal

As part of our ongoing effort to modernize and streamline daily operations, we are rolling out this new digital portal for all DPW supervisors and crew leaders. This system replaces paper logs and manual payroll tracking with a fast, easy-to-use mobile and desktop application.

What This Portal Does:

• Daily Entry: Log daily attendance, assignments, truck numbers, and OT for your crew in minutes.

• History & Leave: View past daily records, make corrections, and submit extended bulk leave (Sick, Vacation, FMLA, etc.) for your team.

• Payroll Matrix: Automatically generate, review, and digitally sign weekly payroll reports for the finance department.

How to Get Started:

1. Click the "ENTER DPW PORTAL" button below.

2. Log in using your assigned Department Username and Password.
   Note: The portal is hosted on a secure Google server. When you log in, the web address will change to a Google URL; this is a normal part of our secure authentication process.

📱 PRO-TIP FOR MOBILE:

To make access even faster, you can save the portal as an app on your phone:

• Open the portal in your phone’s browser.

• Tap your browser menu (the three dots or the share arrow).

• Select "Add to Home Screen." This puts an icon on your phone so you can launch the system in full-screen mode every day without typing a web address!
